Analytics
This site does not use third-party analytics. Analytics, where used for basic site operations, do not contain IP addresses, email addresses, access tokens, or prompts submitted to the work tools.
Email access
Your email address is used only for verification and resource-access emails you request, not newsletters or marketing. Consent is required. Use “Revoke download access” to invalidate access in every browser, or contact dave@davehoran.com.
Retention and cookies
Traffic events are retained for 90 days. Expired access links are removed after one day; never-verified signup records after 30 days; revoked subscriber records after 90 days. Active subscriber records remain while you use access. Cleanup runs on the next public traffic event or maintenance run after those periods. Essential secure session and CSRF cookies support sign-in and download access. No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are set.
Page-view counts are not exact unique-person counts. Download counts measure authorized requests, not confirmed completed file transfers. Staff visits, admin pages, obvious bots and private access links are excluded. Referral domains are stored without their paths or query strings.
Delivery and storage
Email delivery is provided by Resend. Private site files are stored in Replit App Storage. These providers process information as needed to operate the requested service.
Typography loads from Google Fonts. Your browser sends ordinary connection metadata to that provider when fetching fonts. Affiliate links and images may connect to their stated external destinations; paid placements are disclosed.
Work tools
Questions and job descriptions submitted to the optional tools are sent to the service that generates the response. Do not submit confidential, personal, or sensitive information. Submitted prompts are not included in site analytics.
The work tools use OpenAI through Replit. This application does not save prompts or generated assessments. Short-lived hashed abuse-control identifiers are kept separately from traffic metrics. Hosted services may maintain their own security logs under their privacy policies.
